Andy earned his web cred as a webmaster in several competitive industries from 1996-99, including a stint as the webmaster for American Intercontinental University. Once the web grew up a bit, he began to apply his training in cognitive psychology from Carnegie Mellon and Georgia Tech to web engineering as a certified Macromedia instructor. Most recently, Andy was a lead program manager for MSN Search focused on user behavior analytics and search quality. Andy has recently moved back to Atlanta to join Smart Marketing and work with Brad Fallon as Chief eXperience Officer.
Bryan Azorsky talks to Andy about the state of search as he sees it, and they discuss some new ways to look at and analyze your traffic and your conversion funnel. You can find out more about the resources we discussed today at his site, AlwaysBeTesting.com
