The call-in number for the show is 1-877-474-3302. Please try to call in 5 minutes before the show time, which begins at 9 a.m. Pacific and 12 p.m. Eastern.

The show consists of three segments - two 16-minute segments followed by a final 11-minute segment. The time goes by very quickly, and usually is spent in a casual conversation format.
It isn’t generally required that you send a list of questions or topics for consideration, but please feel free to e-mail them to us ahead of time if it is convenient for you. While it isn’t a problem for us to first hear them mentioned on the show, we would appreciate and prefer being notified about the potential show content prior to the broadcast.
